Mark Goldman, along with his wife Alanna, is an attorney and the founder of AdoptHelp, Inc. and AdoptHelp Law Center. Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from University of California, Irvine and went on to earn his juris doctorate degree at USC law school. Before founding AdoptHelp, Inc. and AdoptHelp Law Center, Mark was a litigator at a nationally recognized law firm. Mark's passion for giving his clients the gift of parenthood and giving children the gift of family can be seen in every aspect of his practice. Mark is a perfectionist who insists that his clients are able to contact him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

Alanna Goldman, along with her husband Mark, is an attorney and founder of AdoptHelp, Inc. and AdoptHelp Law Center. Alanna graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and then went on to earn her juris doctorate degree from UCLA law school. Alanna began her career as associate attorney in one of the most prestigious and largest law firms in the United States. Alanna has worked on children's rights issues for the past fourteen years. Her belief that a loving and supportive home shapes the lives of children, and that adoption is a means to deliver the promise of a loving family to children has been the inspiration for her work. |

Meg Smith

Meg graduated with high distinction, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she earned degrees in political science and Spanish. Meg earned her juris doctorate degree at the University of California in Los Angeles. Her formal training as an attorney began as a litigator for two nationally recognized law firms. Meg was recruited by AdoptHelp Law Center for both her excellence as an attorney and her passion for assisting children in need. Meg has a policy of being on call 24 hours a day for her clients and her dedication is infectious. Meg specializes in domestic adoption and guardianships and shares the goals of providing each client with superior service and legal expertise in every step of the adoption process. |

Kathryn joins our staff with degrees in Health and Human Services and Communications from the University of Arizona. Kathryn's research included domestic, international, and trans-racial adoption. Kathryn was recuited by AdoptHelp for her ability to connect with birth mothers and adoptive parents, as well as her passion for adoption. Kathryn is thrilled to bring her energy and enthusiasm for helping others to the AdoptHelp team. |

Michelle is our Accounting Manager. She has a great deal of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Michelle administers all attorney-client and birth mother trust accounts. Breanne is a graduate of Pepperdine University and responsible for full management of our reception and our office service coordinator. In addition, Breanne helps administer our nationwide Birth Mother Outreach Program. |

Michelle
Michelle keeps open our lines of communication 24 hours a day, seven days a week. She answers incoming calls from our toll free lines after business hours and on weekends. Michelle is an adoptive parent and birth mother advisor who is both an adoptee and an adoptive parent. Michelle loves to share her many experiences of adoption with anyone who calls. In her many years at AdoptHelp, Michelle has advised hundreds of birth mothers and adoptive parents regarding independent and agency adoptions. |

Carmay brought her 20 years of experience as an adoption paralegal to our office. Through the years, she has formed wonderful working relationships with the court adoption clerks and social service case workers in Los Angeles and surrounding Southern California counties. Carmay's expert knowledge of the whole adoption process, her organizational skills, and her proficiency in preparing documents and letters helps keep our client files in order and progressing as quickly as possible towards the ultimate goal of finalization. |
