"Do it Yourself Adoption"

Many of our families have shown interest in our Advertising Information and Marketing Program (AIM). Under our AIM Porgram, YOU REMAIN IN COMPLETE CONTROL OF YOUR OWN ADOPTION. You make the decisions regarding your own adoption, such as how much money you wish to spend on advertising, where your ads will be placed, whether you install a separate telephone line for Birth Mothers to call and how to follow up with Birth Mothers who have contacted you. For a reduced fee, we make our expertise available to you to:

- Answer questions you may have about the adoption
- Guide you through the matching process
- Assist you in deciding where to advertise legally
- Advise you on how to screen a potential Birth Mother
- Help you write and design your “Dear Birth Mother” letter
- Assist you in the formulation of your adoption plan
- Help you develop a financial plan with your Birth Mother

The ultimate decisions are yours, and yours alone!

Should you desire, we would be happy to provide you with further assistance in the adoption process as you may request. For example, we are often asked to re-screen selected Birth Mothers once our family has narrowed down the field. If you do not wish to screen potential Birth Mothers yourself, we would be pleased to undertake that task on your behalf using our 800 number and our experienced team of adoption professionals. Our 800 number is staffed to receive calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It is important to recognize that when you become a member of our AIM program, we are acting as your adoption consultant, but not as your attorney at law. Therefore, AIM members do not become legal clients of our office. We cannot render legal advice to our AIM members and no attorney-client relationship will be formed. Separate arrangements would have to be made if you wish to retain our office as legal counsel, which we would be pleased to discuss with you. Nonetheless, our AIM members are eligible for introduction to our Birth Mothers when we are not able to match one of our Birth Mothers with one of our clients.
