It’s difficult to put into words just how significant and life-changing this process is for us and we know it is for you, as well. We want you to know that we are ready to love and devote our lives to our son or daughter and we hope this profile will help you get an idea of just how much we will care for and nurture your baby if you should decide that we are his or her parents-to-be.
Please know that we have the utmost respect and admiration for you. Whatever the circumstances that have brought you to this place in your journey, we are in awe of your selflessness and courage. Thank you for considering us to be the parents of your beautiful baby.

All About Us
We have been friends for more than 12 years, together as a couple for 8 and married for a year and a half. We are blessed to be surrounded by loving family and amazing friends. We have two dogs, Kleo and Jiggy, both of whom are great with kids and are looking forward to being big sisters.
We love to travel and experience new people and places. We’ve traveled throughout the U.S. as well as to Mexico, the Caribbean, Spain, Italy, France and Greece, where Paul’s family is from. We look forward to sharing our passion for traveling (and eating delicious foods from all over the world!) with our son or daughter.
Our home is warm and laughter-filled, often the scene of summer BBQs and spirited game nights. We enjoy being active and are blessed with many opportunities to attend exciting events, but also enjoy spending time at home cuddled up on the couch watching movies together.

My Motto: Love is Everything
Hi, I’m Steve. I grew up in a small town called Bakersfield in central California and was an only child. I have amazing parents who gave me the best childhood I could ever imagine and because I didn’t have siblings, I spent a lot of quality time with my Mom and Dad and have always had a close relationship with them both.
I grew up attending a Baptist church and have a strong faith to this day. As a kid I was in the choir and band and spent a lot of time in school and church plays, marching band competitions and doing the typical kid stuff.
After high school I moved to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California and started my career in the entertainment industry working in radio. Now I’m the Director of Entertainment Events at The Queen Mary in Long Beach, where we live.
I look forward to being ‘daddy’ and will always try my best to live up to the example my parents set for me.
Paul’s Favorite Things About Steve:
1) Steve is very loyal, honest and sincere.
2) I love that Steve is motivated and ambitious, both at home and at work.
3) He puts me (and our relationship) first, above all else.
4) He is outgoing and cares deeply for his friends and family.

My Motto: Family Comes First!
Hi there, I’m Paul. I was born in Whittier, CA to Maria and Panos and, as you may have guessed by now, I’m Greek! I grew up going to Greek school and Greek dance (I also taught Greek dance when I was in High School) and spending summers in Greece with my extended family.
I attended U.C. Riverside and studied sociology. These days, I am in the restaurant business with my father and still get back to Greece almost every summer to see my family, most of whom are still there.
I love to cook and enjoy spending time in the kitchen developing new recipes, whether for a large group or just dinner for Steve and I. I am blessed with a very large extended family and, as I always say, to me family is first. I cannot wait to introduce our child to his or her Big Fat Greek Family!
Steve’s Favorite Things About Paul:
1) Paul is a great home-maker. He loves to keep our house fresh and inviting.
2) He’s the best chef. No, seriously…he’s THE BEST CHEF!
3) He has a huge heart and is always there for family and friends, no matter what.
4) He always knows how to make me laugh, even when I’m having a bad day.
The People We Love
We are surrounded by an incredible network of family and close friends. We are both fortunate enough to still be close with many childhood and high school/college friends and have developed a close-knit group of friends in the Long Beach area, as well.
Paul is very close with his nieces and nephew and his family is so excited to welcome another baby. Steve’s parents are thrilled to become grandparents for the first time. Our circle of friends is nothing short of incredible and are very supportive of us becoming parents. There’s no doubt that our child will be loved unconditionally from every possible angle.
We are blessed to own a beautiful Spanish-style home in Long Beach, CA, which was built in 1933. We’ve spent four years creating the perfect home for us from changing paint and fixtures to renovating our kitchen to completely reimagining our front and back yard landscaping. We love doing projects around the house, but we can’t wait to devote our time and energy to an even more important cause!
Thank you again for taking the time to read our story. We are honored by your consideration and hope that we will have the opportunity to meet you and share more about who we want to be as parents.
