Dear Birth Mother,


Hi! We are Shawn & Kerry. We have been together for ten years and have been very fortunate to not only grow in our relationship, but also grow in every aspect of our life together. We believe in communication, honesty, and a great sense of humor. Our general rule of thumb is the Golden Rule; "Treat others as you would want to be treated". This simple rule has helped us professionally & financially, but most significantly, it has enabled us to be surrounded by an amazing support system of family, close friends, and neighbors. We can’t wait to grow our family and raise a child in a loving, supportive, and fun-filled family.

 
We want you to know that if we are the fortunate parents you choose for your child, he or she will be raised in a household full of love, acceptance, and a strong sense of family. Our main goal is for them to grow up to become well-balanced, respectful, but most importantly, happy individuals.

We think family is the most important thing in life. Your child will have two sisters and a brother that will love them, teach them, stick up for them, and support them in everything they do. Along with Chloe’, Maci, & Jett, they will also have tons of cousins to play and grow up with. We love that we have a home where everyone likes to gather for birthdays, holidays, soccer parties, and any other occasion that brings our family & friends together. When we are not enjoying our home, we like to spend our time together taking family vacations twice a year, such as the Disney Cruise, Hawaii, snowboarding, or staying at Grandma & Grandpa’s lake house.

We live in sunny Southern California. We have a beautiful home with a pool and large yard with lots of room to play. We are in a great neighborhood, surrounded by a group of wonderful & diverse people that all have growing families as well.

We are lucky enough to work from home. Both of us are account executives for footwear companies. This allows us to already attend every parent/teacher conference, school plays, soccer practices, and any other event during the day our children need us for. We have recently finished a home office addition to the house, which provides us with an extra bedroom that we are eager to make into a nursery.
