Dear Birthmother,
Above all, we would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading our letter and for considering us as adoptive parents for your child. We are Beppe and Thomas and we are looking forward to the amazing journey of becoming parents. We love each other deeply and would like to share our life, our love and our values with your child. Please accept our true admiration for this choice you are considering. We can only say that whichever decision you will ultimately make it will be the right one for you and your child.

We have given a lot of thought and many conversations late in the night to our mutual desire to be parents and what it means: we are very confident that we can offer a stable, loving and secure - both emotionally and financially - home to your child. We are ready to give endless support, encouragement and love to your child to ensure that all of his or her dreams in life can become true, in the same way that our families have done for us. We have been blessed in this life to have found each other, explored many corners of this world and seen and experienced so much. It is now our turn to share all that the world has to offer with your child and show him or her all its beauties, marvels and endless possibilities.

A bit more on Thomas
Thomas is Swiss and he grew up in Switzerland, near Zurich, a beautiful corner in the middle of Europe surrounded by mountains and lakes. After receiving his degree in Business Administration and Masters in Business Information Technology he has worked in Geneva (the French speaking part of Switzerland) and Zurich in the banking and insurance industry where he has successfully helped to develop many new creative and complex information system solutions.

Being Swiss, he likes chocolate and cheese and he likes to be organized and to organize. He has spent a lot of his life exploring the rest of the world. Far flung destinations like New Zealand, Australia, India, Japan and Latin America. He speaks fluently four languages: German (both the Swiss and German variety), French, Italian and of course English.

Thomas loves to ski, to snowboard and to hike. In reality he likes everything that is outdoor and sporty, from running to swimming. In India he also learned yoga....and he likes to bake all sorts of impossible-to-resist bread! Above all he is a considerate, genuine, tender and a deeply caring soul. He has a lovely nephew and niece that he likes to spoil with gifts and attention.
Further on Beppe
Beppe was born and raised in Italy. He gained his degree in Economics in Rome, but then completed a Master in Industrial Relations in London, England. Because of his work he has made the world his home. He lived in Rome, London, Paris, Ottawa and Zurich and both business and leisure brought him to many different countries. Although being away so many years from Italy he kept a very close relationship with his parents who live in Rome. He visits them regularly and spends his summer holidays in the family summer home on the northern coast of Sicily – where they have a wonderful garden and the entire family takes turns to pick fruit from trees and dine outdoors.
Beppe is full of energy, ideas and he likes to explore. His joy for life is infectious and energizes his environment. He is an excellent cook and loves to prepare delicious Italian meals. His tiramisu with ginger is mouthwatering…and he keeps himself fit doing all sorts of sports like rollerblading, running or skiing and going to gym.
Beppe's job brought us from Switzerland to Southern California, where he now works for a pharmaceutical company. We live in a beautiful and comfortable house in Westlake Village, in the Greater Los Angeles Area, with a spacious garden, a pool, amazing views of the Santa Monica Mountains and literally minutes away from the local lake. The nearby parks and coastal beaches of Malibu offer plenty of opportunities to get in touch with nature, which we both love and would like to offer to your child. Thomas is considering staying at home with your child for the first few years to provide a nurturing and caring environment for him or her.
We love to have friends over for dinner, both friends who live locally and those who live overseas. It is not unusual to have dinner parties where you can hear a mix of German, Italian and French spoken at the table, so that everyone is confused and at the same time having a good time. But we also make an effort of visiting our friends in Europe as frequently as possible, and we keep an apartment in London in England for this purpose.
Since the beginning of our relationship we wanted to become parents. We are both committed without doubts to give your child all the love we have. And we also hope to extend our family to more than one child with time. Our intention is to raise your child to be responsible, considerate, respectful and independent so that he or she can truly grow a unique identity and choose his or her own path in this world. Even if English is the language of choice in our household, we will both speak German and Italian to your child as well – together with the grandparents – giving him or her the opportunities to live and work in several countries….and we will teach him or her how to ski and snowboard in the Swiss Alps!
We both have been raised with Christian values, Thomas being Protestant, and Beppe Catholic and are hoping to expose your child to our believes, leaving the ultimate choice whether to follow and belief to your child when he or she will be an adult and will feel that a choice can be made.
We hope this letter has given you a glimpse of who we are. We promise to give your child a loving, joyful, and stable life full of endless opportunities. We are eager to become parents through adoption, and we hope that you will find in us all the things that you seek for your child. If you would like to talk to us about adopting your child, or if you have any questions for us, please contact one of our adoption advisors at AdoptHelp by calling 1-800-637-7999, toll free.
Forever Grateful,
Beppe and Thomas
