Dear Birth Mum,

First of all, thank you for considering me with the future of your child.  The decision you've reached is a selfless one which requires huge courage and strength and I truly admire you for possessing these qualities. I trust that no matter what decision you make, it will be the right one for you and your baby.

I was born and raised in England, and moved to California when I was 17 years old.  My Dad is a retired aircraft contracts manager who worked for British Airways in England and then for Boeing here in the U.S.  Although my Dad worked incredibly hard, I was fortunate to enjoy a childhood full of love and support thanks to my "stay at home" Mum who was devoted to raising me and my two siblings.  My mum is the one who taught me manners and morals, to be generous, to look at the positive in everything and most importantly to be an honest and good person.  I am thankful to my mum for her influence and teachings, all qualities I hope to pass down to your child.

I have a Brother who has one son and a Sister who has two sons. I am God Mother to my Sister's youngest son. I have enjoyed an incredible connection, bond and unconditional love for my nephews.  I'd do anything for those boys and they know it!  

My family and friends share in my excitement of becoming a parent.  They say I'd be an awesome Mum with tons of love to give.  I frequently offer to look after my nephew and the children of my friends. My family and friends know their children are in safe and caring hands with me. We do trips to the zoo, the airport, the park, the arcade, the movies etc. It's a thrill to see their reactions and their excitement.

I have worked with children in the gymnastics business for over 20 years.  Motivated by my passion for gymnastics, I began teaching gymnastics to children as a teenager.  Out of this, an even stronger passion became my love for children.  I have felt blessed to be a part of their young lives. It's incredibly rewarding for me to observe their improvement and growth. Our  My students amaze me. Their honesty, their characters, their smarts, their love, their trust, their enthusiasm and their energy.  I am one of the lucky ones who doesn't consider their job "work".  For the past 16 years, I have run my own gymnastics school. The business is well established and I am fortunate to have a lot of flexibility with my schedule.
