About Us
We are Vincent, and Valerie and we are very excited at the chance to add to our love by adopting another angel and giving our son, Rocco, a sibling.  We have known each other since 1998 and were married in November of 2002.  In the four years we have been married we have tried unsuccessfully to conceive a child.  After years of trying and a failed attempt at IVF using an egg donor, we knew that God had special plans for us.  We had the honor of being chosen in March of 2006 by an unbelievable birthmother who gave to us the greatest gift of all. Our son Rocco was born in May of 2006, an addition that has changed our life and our family in a way we never imagined but always dreamed of. Our dream is now to complete our family by giving Rocco a sibling.

We are a young, college-educated, fun-loving couple who love to laugh, travel, and spend time with our son, family and friends.  We live in a beautiful home with a fenced in yard on a lake.  We are less than 5 miles from wonderful schools and parks.  Vincent is in the insurance industry and Valerie was a special education teacher who now is a stay-at-home mom to Rocco.

About Vincent
I was born in New York but shortly after, my family moved to South Florida where Valerie and I currently reside.  My parents live less than 30 minutes from our home and my three siblings and their families live out of state.  Although my siblings may be far in distance, they are not far from our hearts nor our everyday lives be it through phone or e-mail.  I have such happy memories of my childhood and my siblings, memories I hope to share with Rocco and his sibling. As mentioned, I work in the insurance industry.  I work for a wonderful company that values the importance of family knowing that family always comes before work.  I enjoy spending time with my wife, our son and our family and friends.  I also enjoy golf, tennis, boating and fishing.

About Valerie
I was born and raised in South Florida where Vincent, or Vinnie as I call him, and I met and fell in love.  My two siblings and I come very loving and supportive parents who instilled in us the importance of family.  My parents and brother live three houses down from us and we would not have it any other way.  I was a special education teacher but have since left the profession to become a full-time stay at home mom, a dream I have had my whole life.  I had a happy, loving childhood with memories that will last a lifetime.  I cannot wait for the day to share all of them with Rocco and his future sibling and also to be able to make the same lasting memories with them as well.  I love spending time with my husband and our son whether it be at home or traveling….we love Disney!  I also love to scrapbook and read and spend time with our family and friends.

Our Life Together
Our families are extremely close not only to us but to each other.  Our families could not be closer if they tried and their love for one another is a true testament to marriage and the meaning of family.  Vinnie's parents (left) have been married 49 years and Valerie's parents (right) have been married 33.  Their example of unconditional love and the importance of family and values is what make us who we are.  We are also lucky to have a close-knit extended circle of friends who are an important part of our lives.  Our family and friends have supported us every step of the way to help us build our family and love our child unconditionally.

Rocco... Our Blessing!
In May of 2006, our lives changed forever with the birth of our son, Rocco. With the addition of Rocco to our family a whole new world has opened up for us. Rocco will be blessed to have a brother or sister to share his life with, to make memories only siblings will share. He has filled our lives with such unimaginable joy and unconditional love.

Last But Not Least... Our Sassie!
Four years ago, we brought our precious Boxer dog, Sassie, into our lives.  We adopted her through the Humane Society and we cannot imagine our lives without her.  One of the reasons we chose a Boxer is because they are known for their gentleness with children and are always kids at heart - traits she has shown many times over.  Sassie is wonderful with Rocco and with all the children in our lives. Animals bring so much joy to us and we couldn't imagine our child growing up without one. Sassie loves to spend her days with Rocco. She loves to be with him and he with her.

Our Dream
Rocco and his little brother or sister will always know how he or she came to be and how amazing their birth mother is.  They will also know that without you our dream of becoming parents would never have become a reality.  We thank you for the decision you are about to make and can only hope that you have learned from this glimpse into our lives how cherished, nurtured, loved and cared for your child will be.  We will instill, in him or her, the values of family, faith, unconditional love and true and lasting friendships.
