About Us
Let us introduce ourselves to you. We are Jon and Melanie. We have been together for more than nine years and have been married for four years. Our marriage is one of openness and honesty, working together as a team; we are the best of friends. Marriage and family are most important to us and we always knew we wanted to become parents. After many unsuccessful fertility treatments we have been unable to conceive on our own. Our home is located in a family oriented community with nearby parks and schools. The two of us especially love spending time with all 10 of our nieces and nephews, ranging from five months to sixteen years old. We have been very involved in all of their lives from birth to present and they consider our home as the “Home of the Saturday Night Sleepovers and Sunday afternoon Barbeques.” We attend school functions such as talent shows, book fairs, and family fun nights. We spend lots of time with our dog Bailey, who loves to play at the park. She enjoys the time when family and friends are at our house and thinks everyone comes to visit her. We also enjoy the quiet nights we spend together, going out to dinner and spending quality time as a couple. We enjoy being a part of our many family gatherings that happen throughout the year. We enjoy traveling and look forward to the family outings to Disneyland to meet Mickey Mouse and friends, trips to the beach to build sand castles, watching sunsets, camping out under the stars, and making yummy “s’mores,” whether at a National park or our own back yard.

Jon about Melanie...
She has four sisters and one brother, and places fourth in her family birth order. She is very loving and has a great deal of empathy for others, and a great sense of humor. I love her devotion towards family and admire her warmth and patience. Growing up with a large family I consider her to be very family oriented with good morals. Melanie loves to go shopping, read, listen to music, and spending time with friends and family. She currently works as a medical biller in an Ob/Gyn office and plans on becoming a stay at home mom. She is beautiful inside and out, my rock, and my best friend.

Melanie about Jon...
He has two older brothers, one of which was adopted. He is intelligent and highly motivated. I admire his dedication and determination. He is very understanding, kind, and caring. Jon loves golfing, tennis, fishing, and generally is considered to be a sports "fanatic” and is very proud of his barbeque skills. He is family oriented, and a devoted husband. He is a Practice Administrator with a Cancer Center. He is my best friend and after nine years he still takes my breath away.

In Closing...
We have a great support system on both sides of our families. Your child will be lavished with love and attention from grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins. All of us are waiting, with open arms, to welcome this blessed child into our big and loving family.

No words can adequately describe the joy we will feel when we finally become parents! This journey into adoption, which we are choosing to embark upon, only makes our faith in God that much stronger. We know in our hearts that there is a special child just for us. That’s why we are absolutely sure that adoption is the answer to our prayers.

Our commitment, promise, and pledge to you is that your child will always know his/her adoption story, and how we became the adoptive parents. We will be loving and devoted parents, provide stability, commitment, structure, and encouragement. We will demonstrate unconditional love to this precious child, and we will always be there to guide and protect.
