No one can begin to comprehend the enormity of emotions you are faced with at this most difficult time. Thank you for honoring the miracle of life and thank you for considering adoption.
While we have unconditional love and support from our families we feel our family will not be complete until we are blessed with a baby to hold in our arms.
We pray that you find peace in the decision that is right for you and your child and appreciate you taking the time to learn more about our family and hope you will see just how much we would love, treasure and protect the child that is entrusted to us as our own.
About Us
You never know where life will lead you…..
We met on a typical congested So-Cal freeway and it was love at first sight. We had our first date that night. Scott purposed on New Year’s Eve 2004 with all of our friends and family around. It was such a sweet moment with fireworks going off over head and a campfire near by. We were married on September 10th 2005, exactly 3 years from our first date. Over the last nine years we have been inseparable and working on our family values. Though we have had our share of struggles we have overcome them by being there for each other.
We live in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac that is family orientated. We have a large home filled with love and a big back yard with a pool for a child to play and grow. We have set up the nursery and look forward to completing our family. We are centrally located in Southern California and are close to several amusement parks as well as beaches and the mountains.
Jennifer
Growing up with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins living in the same neighborhood I never felt like I was an only child. Today Scott and I continue that same tradition with my parents living across the street from us and his family a few cities away. My childhood was full of adventures. Summers were spent at the local lakes and rivers boating, while winters were filled with desert trips and dirt bike riding. My parents have always supported and loved me and instilled strong morals, values and good work ethics which have made me the woman I am today.
Some of Jennifer’s favorite things:
- Christmas is my favorite holiday. I love to decorate and have a house full of family and friends.
- I love to bake (especially cupcakes or anything for a party)
- Scrapbooking is a passion of mine and I look forward to creating baby albums.
- My favorite color is pink.
- I love the outdoors, camping, fishing, lounging by the pool, going to the desert and river.
Scott
I grew up as a normal Southern California kid. I have a wonderful sister who I am very close with, a mother who taught me to be sincere, kind, loving, and dedicated. My father taught me how to be strong, determined and let me know that I could do anything.
With these amazing people in my life growing up I am who I am today. I was told at a very young age that I was adopted by my father, which gives me a strong desire to give a child the same opportunity that was and still is given to me.
Some of Scott’s favorite things:
- My favorite holiday is the 4th of July, celebrating with family and friends.
- I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, anything out in the wilderness.
- I am passionate about cooking and enjoy trying new recipes.
Family
We both are truly blessed to be loved by so many wonderful people. We are very close with our families and enjoy spending time with them. Our parents are amazing role models and they look forward to another grandchild. He or she will be very loved and spoiled. Our niece, little brother and nephew are simply adorable, we have been able to be a big part of their life since they were born, we take them on the weekends for sleepovers and getaways as well as day outings for bbq’s, friends birthday parties, or just to go swimming in our pool. We would be leaving out three very important family members if we didn’t mention our doggies. Isabella is a Vizsla (Scott’s little hunting buddy), while Hercules and Princess are Miniature Pinschers (Jennifer’s snuggle buddies). They love to give kisses and play in our big backyard. They are great with children, especially babies.
