We’ve always dreamed of building a family together, and becoming parents has been in our hearts from the very beginning of our relationship. We’ve kept an open mind and open heart about the journey to get there, knowing that every path is beautiful in its own way. While infertility has been part of our story, we truly believe it led us to where we’re meant to be—on this amazing path to adoption. We’re so excited for this opportunity and absolutely can’t wait to become parents!

We share a strong foundation built on humor, trust, and shared values, which keeps life fun and meaningful. We first met through one of our mutual friends, but it wasn’t until some lighthearted social media banter that our connection really took off. What started as playful comments and witty exchanges quickly became the highlight of our days. Those conversations grew deeper, turning into late-night chats, memorable dates, and eventually falling in love. From the start, we've always felt at ease being our true selves with each other - laughing, dreaming, and supporting one another every step of the way. Whether we’re cooking dinner together (John preps, Brandi cooks), getting competitive in a round of putt-putt, enjoying date nights, traveling, or simply being at home and dishing out belly rubs to Kole, we love making memories and doing life together!

We’re both big fans of reading—John’s more of an audio book guy, while Brandi loves curling up with a good book in hand (bonus points if there’s a cozy blanket involved). But when we’re not lost in a good story, you can usually find us planning our next adventure! Traveling is one of our absolute favorite things to do together, and we make it a priority to take a few trips every year. Whether it’s a quick weekend getaway to Gatlinburg or hopping on a plane for a longer adventure, we love disconnecting from the day-to-day and making new memories. New York City has a special place in our hearts—it’s where we honeymooned, and we keep going back for the energy, culture, amazing food, and endless things to see and do. We also take an annual family beach trip for some sun, sand, and laughs. Those vacations are always filled with laughter, relaxation, and quality time with loved ones. Speaking of family, we spend a ton of time with ours, whether we’re celebrating birthdays, hosting holiday gatherings, or diving into game nights that get hilariously competitive (and loud), we always have a blast. We can’t wait to become parents and share all of these experiences—our love of books, our passion for travel, and our family traditions—with our future child. Life is one big adventure, and we’re so excited to have them along for the ride!

I’m so excited to share a little about myself! I absolutely love life and feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by a wonderful and loving husband, dog, family, and friends who truly fill my heart. I call it "feeding my soul" because they bring me so much joy and fulfillment. I’m selfless, big-hearted, fiercely loyal, and will do anything for those I love. I love deeply and unconditionally, and those closest to me say I'm the life of the party, always bringing laughter, light and positive energy wherever I go! My family and I are super close—we even chat daily through our family group text! I’m a proud aunt to several nieces and nephews and a loving godmother, aka "Queen B," to our three precious goddaughters. Family first is a value my parents instilled in me and I carry with me every day. I have a loving family and success in my career, but the one thing I’m most excited for is becoming a mom. I can’t wait to welcome a child into our world—they’ll be the center of our hearts and the greatest blessing of our lives!

I work from home in HR, which offers the perfect balance of professional life and family time. With plenty of paid time off and parental leave, I can prioritize my family while maintaining a fulfilling career.

Brandi is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. She’s smart, witty, and has the most loving heart. She’s an amazing cook, a hard worker, and the kind of person who lights up rooms. Her sense of humor is unmatched, and her positive outlook on life inspires me every single day. From the start, I knew she was the one for me. There’s just something so special about her—she has a beautiful soul and radiates happiness, love, and warmth. Brandi is the glue that holds our family together. She takes so much pride in planning family gatherings and making sure everyone feels loved and connected. She’s also an incredible aunt to nine nieces and nephews and a proud godmother. She has such a special bond with each one of them—they absolutely adore her. Becoming a mom means the world to Brandi, and I know without a doubt she’ll be an amazing mother. I can’t wait to see her in that role and to build a family together—it’s something we've dreamed about for so long, and I know she’ll pour her whole heart into it.

Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me. I’m a laid-back, easygoing guy with a big heart and a strong sense of family. Friends describe me as a little reserved at first, but once I’m comfortable, my nurturing, caring, and protective side really shines through. I love hosting family gatherings, especially when I get a chance to cook for everyone. Family has always been the center of my life, thanks to my amazing parents who taught me the importance of love and support. I’m proud to have close relationships with both my family and Brandi’s, and I take my role as “The Godfather” to our three sweet goddaughters very seriously! I feel lucky to have a career that allows me to provide for my family and travel with Brandi—whether it’s a weekend in the mountains or exploring a new city’s sights and flavors. While my life is full of love, laughter, and amazing people, the one thing missing is becoming a dad. I had the best example of what it means to be a great father, and I can’t wait to give that same unconditional love and support to a child of our own.

My career in local government provides a schedule that will allow me to be an involved, hands-on dad from day one! With a generous paid leave policy, I'll have plenty of time to bond with a new addition to the family.

Let me tell you about my amazing husband, John! He’s my soulmate, my rock, and truly the perfect match for me. He believes in me—even more than I believe in myself sometimes—and always encourages me to chase my dreams. With John, I feel completely loved, supported, and free to be my true self. He has this incredible way of making me feel safe and cherished, whether he’s offering a listening ear after a long day or taking care of me when I’m not feeling my best. John is hardworking, kindhearted, and just an all-around good man. I absolutely love watching his tender side come out when he’s with our nieces, nephews, and goddaughters. They adore their “Uncle Nino” and look up to him like he hung the moon. I can’t wait to see that same love and admiration in the eyes of our future child. John is so excited to be a dad, and I know he’ll be the most loving, protective, and supportive father. I can’t wait to see him in that role—I know he’ll be amazing.

We live just 20 minutes north of downtown Nashville, and we absolutely love it! It’s the perfect spot—close enough to dive into the energy of the city for concerts, comedy shows, amazing restaurants, and all the history and culture Nashville has to offer, but far enough to enjoy a little peace and quiet when we’re home. Speaking of home, ours is cozy, warm, and full of laughter, love, and—thanks to our dog Kole—plenty of bins overflowing with toys! We recently gave a few rooms a refresh, and it’s been so fun turning our space into a place that truly feels like us. Our neighborhood is diverse and welcoming, and we have a big, fenced-in backyard that Kole loves to run around in. We’re pretty sure he wouldn’t mind sharing his play space with our future child, either! One of the best things about where we live is being so close to family and friends. Most of our loved ones are just a short drive away, which means our child will grow up surrounded by an amazing village that’s ready to shower them with love, support, and plenty of hugs!

Meet the real star of the show—our dog, Kole! He’s our handsome Cavapoo and adopting him at 8 weeks old was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Kole is pure joy wrapped in fur, and our home just doesn’t feel the same when he’s off at the groomer (seriously, it’s too quiet without his happy little paws). Kole’s a zoomie pro, hide-and-seek champ, and the ultimate snuggle buddy. He adores kids, especially our nieces and nephews, and we’re pretty sure he’s just as excited as we are to welcome a little human into the family!

Our family is the definition of tight-knit—think lots of love, endless laughs, and a whole lot of fun! Thanks to our amazing parents, we grew up with strong values like kindness, respect, integrity, and unconditional love, and we can’t wait to pass those same values on to our child. We’re a diverse and welcoming bunch, and we embrace everyone with open arms. We’re always finding reasons to be together—birthdays, holidays, milestones, or simply a family dinner. Our child will grow up surrounded by this same love and support from day one. Most of our immediate family lives just a short drive away, making spontaneous visits and last-minute celebrations easy. Brandi’s mom, “Nan,” is famous for sleepovers that turn into full weekends because the grandkids never want to leave. Between both sides of the family, plus lifelong friends who feel like family, our child will have a village of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends ready to spoil them with love, laughter, and endless memories.

We’re total Christmas fanatics—it’s our favorite time of year! December is packed with festive fun and family traditions like honoring loved ones at a candlelight memorial, bundling up and heading to the local Christmas parade, watching a Christmas movie at the theater, driving though dazzling light displays, baking and decorating Christmas cookies, and celebrating Christmas Day surrounded by love and laughter! We can’t wait to share these traditions—and make new ones—with our future little one!

We are beyond excited to raise a child who is happy, confident, and kind-hearted—someone who shows love and empathy for others. Our home will be a vibrant, fun, and supportive place where they’ll always feel safe, loved, and encouraged to embrace and express their true selves. We want them to grow up knowing they can trust us, rely on us, and always count on our unwavering love. Every day, we’ll create an environment where they feel heard, understood, and free to express themselves. We’ll be open and honest with them, guiding them with patience and encouragement. Our child will know how much they mean to us and feel empowered to pursue their dreams and passions. We can’t wait to watch them grow, thrive, and build their own unique path in life. As parents, we are excited to support them every step of the way, cheering them on through every adventure, challenge, and milestone. Our hearts are full as we prepare to welcome this incredible little one into our lives and share in the joy of raising them.
