Hi! We are Joe and Hope from Pennsylvania. Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know us. We know the decision you are making for your child comes with so much thought and love. We hope this page can give you a window into our life, our family, and all the love we hope to share with our future child someday. We are a close-knit, adventurous couple who values family, laughter, hard work, and making the most of life together. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for getting to know us.

We have dreamed of growing our family for years. While infertility has been a part of our journey, so has a growing sense that adoption is meant to shape our story. We feel in our hearts that this is the path to parenthood we are meant to be on. We are filled with so much hope and love for the family we dream of growing.

We met in Philadelphia during a night out with friends in 2014, and it was love at first sight. We quickly bonded over our shared sense of adventure, love of travel, and making each other laugh. We were married in Lake George, New York, a place that remains so special to us.

Today, we live just outside of Philly in Bucks County, where we’ve loved making our house a home by renovating it together. We share it with our two dogs and have created a place that feels so special to us, with plenty of room to grow our family and make memories together. More than a decade later, we’re still inseparable and so excited for what’s ahead.

The Great Outdoors - We love spending our free time outdoors, especially in the summer. Being by a lake is our favorite, whether we’re kayaking, paddle boarding, or relaxing on the dock.

Hope loves nature photography and always brings along her film cameras. Joe also enjoys this activity because we get to go enjoy the best scenic views together.

At home, we love nightly walks with our dogs, exploring the trails in our neighborhood, and visiting a park nearby. We also love walking to the ice cream shop in our little town.

Joe loves to exercise, while Hope loves cooking and trying new recipes. Together, we’re always working on our home, the yard and gardening. We can’t wait to share these traditions with our future child. We look forward to little moments at home, like picking vegetables from the garden and listening to music in the backyard.

Travel + Adventure - We’ve traveled to 10 national parks together and love experiencing the beauty of each new place. Some of our favorite memories have come from exploring the outdoors and taking in the incredible scenery along the way. Next on our bucket list is Alaska. We hope to see the moose and whales and experience another unforgettable adventure together.

I’m a photographer, and I’ve built a career around capturing some of life’s most meaningful moments, from weddings to growing families. It brings me so much joy to preserve family memories for others.

I love planning our next adventure, spending summer days at the lake, and hosting family and friends at home. I love to cook, bring people together, and make even the little moments feel special.

I would describe myself as creative and hardworking, but also a bit of a dreamer. I love to spend time in nature, and find joy in both the everyday moments and the big adventures. I try to live life to the fullest and bring a sense of fun, warmth, and creativity to everything I do.

As a parent, I’m most excited to create holiday traditions, explore, and to give a child a life filled with love, family, and wonderful memories.

Hope is the kindest and most compassionate person I know. She deeply cares for those she is close with and never hesitates to help and support others.

Hope is the oldest cousin of her large extended family. She has been a role model and baby sitter for many of them. Hope remains close to all of her younger cousins and continues to guide them as they grow. I know Hope will be an amazing mother because of her caring qualities and ability to remain calm and thoughtful in all situations.

She loves to laugh and keeps our day to day life light and fun. I know this will further be enhanced with the addition of a child. I love that Hope plans fun trips and activities to keep us always looking forward to something enjoyable. She has made life meaningful and purposeful. We look forward to welcoming a child into the life we have built.

I’m a carpenter, and I’ve always been a hardworking, driven person who loves taking on a new challenge. Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors in nature, whether I’m hiking, camping or training for my next marathon.

I love to explore new places, and spend time with family. I’m always up for an adventure and look forward to sharing that sense of curiosity with our future child, from family trips and camping weekends to all of life’s little adventures.

I love exploring the mountains and traveling out West, but I’m just as happy having a movie night at home. I can’t wait to become a dad and share all the life moments with a child, and create our own traditions and memories together as a family.

Joe has an amazing sense of humor and is always making everyone laugh! He is such a devoted husband and encourages all of my hopes and dreams.

I’ve known from the beginning that he will be the best dad because he is such a loyal and compassionate person. Joe is always there to help others and is so incredibly supportive. Whenever family members need help moving or a friend needs help with a house project, Joe is there. Joe has a godson and is so amazing with his friends’ children. He has a very adventurous spirit!

Joe also loves spending time at home with our two golden retrievers and shows them so much love. I love how organized, ambitious and hardworking Joe is. I know I can always count on him to make me feel loved, safe and protected and that’s such a comfort in life.

We love getting to experience all four seasons where we live and the traditions that come with each one. We can’t wait to take our child apple picking in the fall, play together in the snow in the winter, and make these simple seasonal moments part of our family traditions. We are lucky to live in an area of Pennsylvania with so much to explore, within a short drive. We love our area because of how historic and scenic it is with parks, farms and the Delaware River.

Our neighborhood is large with lots of kids playing and we especially enjoy our fenced in backyard. In the autumn months, we love to have fun bonfires out back while making s’mores. We live in a Cape Cod style home that we have renovated together over the years. Our house is full of fun treasures and books from our travels.

We especially love cozy winter nights cooking at home. Some of our favorite memories are gathering in the living room watching movies on snowy nights.

We have two golden retrievers that are best friends! Our red dog is named Honey, and our yellow dog is named Gigi. Their favorite thing to do is play in their doggy pool in the backyard. They make us laugh every day with their hilarious personalities. Gigi loves to cuddle, and Honey loves to catch her ball in the yard. We take them on a nice walk every day before we have dinner.

Hope’s parents live nearby and her younger sister is five minutes away! We are very close with her parents and love to visit and grill dinner in the yard. Hope’s sister has a great sense of humor and is also an animal lover. Hope’s aunts and uncles all live in the same county. Pool days at her aunt’s are a huge highlight! We also have a 4th of July tradition at her uncle’s beach house. She has many cousins and we all love hanging out in the summer as well as our big annual Christmas Party. Everyone is very close and always has been! Hope’s cousins are now growing their own families. We can’t wait for our child to experience all the fun cousin memories that we did.

Joe’s dad lives in Delaware and his younger sister lives in New Jersey where they grew up. Joe’s sister is amazing with kids and works as a school psychologist. We love spending time with them and we especially enjoy Easter together. Joe’s mom passed away but we all love to keep her holiday traditions going and hold her incredible memory close.

Our favorite moments are laughing with family during our annual trip to Lake George in the Adirondacks. We love taking those mountain road trips to Upstate New York. We also love day trips to the beach and enjoy time at the Jersey Shore.

We hope to raise our future child with the same values that are at the heart of our family: dedication, love and always putting family first. We believe in working hard for the life you want, while also making time to enjoy it fully.

Our Christian faith is important to us, as are the traditions that bring our family together. We especially love the holidays and can’t wait to share traditions like going to the farm to pick out our Christmas tree each year.

Growing our family would be our biggest dream come true. We are most looking forward to making new memories that we can all share together. We promise to devote our lives to giving a child the most loving home and beautiful life experience.

We want our future child to always feel loved and supported for exactly who they are. We can’t wait to discover their individual interests, encourage their dreams, and experience all the fun and adventure of life together.
