We are Kraemer and Adam from Los Angeles, CA. We admire your decision to place your child for adoption. More than anything in the world, we want to be fathers and you are making the impossible possible for us. As you learn about us, we hope you feel the love we have for each other and our commitment to share that love with your child. We understand the importance of your decision, and want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering us.
Hello and Welcome!
We Believe In...
- Open and honest communication
- Leading by example and showing respect for others
- Hugs and saying "I love you"
- Education, exploring, and trying new things
- Laughing and having fun
- Eating dinner together every night
We immediately bonded over our shared love of travel, movies, theater, and Disney. We met on a warm and sunny Labor Day in 2014 at a backyard barbecue with friends. We locked eyes, so Kraemer went over to introduce himself. There was an instant connection. On our first date, we ended up talking for six hours and set up another date for the very next day. We knew immediately that we’d found our “forever person.”
During the first two years of our relationship, Kraemer travelled the world for work. The distance could sometimes be challenging, but it strengthened our communication, helped our love grow, and made our relationship stronger – we talked every night, no matter the time difference.
We are very excited to start our family and want you to know that with us, your child will have two very loving and supportive fathers, who will always share the spirit of adventure with them.
Travel is a Passion of Ours
Every year, we pick a new country to eat our way through (Adam has the best taste in food). Last year alone, we went to China, Japan, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. We plan to continue these trips with our future child, so they can experience the world around them.

Meet Kraemer, By Kraemer
I grew up in a tiny Wisconsin farm town with my younger brother, Nick, and our very supportive parents, Ann & Mike. My hometown was so small, we didn’t even have a traffic light until I was in high school. But we were never bored – I spent most of my childhood outdoors swimming at the local quarry, playing soccer, hiking through the woods, rollerblading, and riding my bike with my cousins and friends.
Growing up, I always dreamed of working in Hollywood and after graduating high school, I decided to attend film school at Webster University in St. Louis. While in college, I worked as a Resident Assistant in the dorms, helping students adjust to college life, and as a Nanny to a newborn and 5-year-old.
After college, I packed what I could fit in my car and drove out to Los Angeles to follow my dreams. Within a year, I landed a once-in-a-lifetime job working with a very famous and well-respected actor. I spent the next 10 years traveling around the world with him working on documentaries, visiting over 45 countries total. My favorite experience was in Egypt where we got explore inside a 4,500-year-old pyramid with torches!
These days, I work as a Producer for a film company that doesn’t require so much travel and allows me to have a flexible schedule, so that Adam and I can spend more time together as a family. I’ve wanted to be a father ever since I started babysitting at the age of eleven. I can’t wait to continue exploring the world and planning big adventures with our future child.
About Kraemer, By Adam
Kraemer is an incredibly smart, funny, and passionate person. One of the things I love the most is his quick wit – he makes me laugh constantly with his cheesy dad jokes. He’s got a huge imagination, and he’s extremely well-organized; he’s a great planner no matter the activity, whether it be plotting every step of our travels or play dates with our nieces and nephews. But the thing I really love about Kraemer is how always goes out of his way to put a smile on everyone’s face. He loves to make sure everyone else is happy, and he’s the first person to volunteer when a helping hand is needed. He’s an honest and caring person that believes in treating everyone fairly and puts the needs of others before his own. I can’t wait to see him as a father.
Meet Adam, By Adam
I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to San Jose, California when I was three years old. Even though I am an only child, I was never alone. My mother, Tina, has seven brothers and sisters, and my father, Son, has eleven siblings. With over 40 first cousins, there were always weekly celebrations and large family dinners. Family is very important to me.
Growing up, I took piano lessons, participated in Boy Scouts, and became an Eagle Scout. During summers, my family went camping, and in the winters, we went skiing. Every year, my parents let me pick a new country to visit. One of my favorite places was Dubai, where we rode camels and got to downhill ski inside a mall in the middle of the desert! Our trips would always include an educational component. I loved going to museums and taking cooking classes to experience a new culture through food, which is still one of my favorite things to do.
My parents highly value education. Both of them earned their master’s degrees (my father in computer science and my mother in social work) and encouraged me to do the same. I moved to Los Angeles for college and completed my Master’s in Social Work at USC (the University of Southern California).
I have always worked with children in some capacity, from being a camp counselor to volunteering at a preschool to working as a behavioral therapist for children with developmental delays. Currently, I’m a children’s social worker. My work can be emotionally difficult at times, but it is extremely rewarding knowing that I am ensuring the safety and well-being of children. It also allows me to work from home, so I can be a hands-on dad as our family grows.
My parents always supported me and gave me the push that I needed to succeed. I can’t wait to do the same for my child.
About Adam, By Kraemer
Kids love Adam and so do I. He’s always the first person our nieces and nephews run to at family gatherings. Adam’s a caring, intelligent, loving, and honest person, who has a great sense of fashion and an amazing taste in food. The best part of going out to eat with Adam is that he orders too much, so we always get to try a variety of items (and have leftovers!). I am so blessed to have Adam as my partner – I can’t imagine my life without him. He has a huge heart and incredible parenting instincts. I can’t wait to see him become the amazing father I know he will be.
Our Loved Ones
KRAEMER’S FAMILY still lives in the same Wisconsin town he grew up in. His younger brother, Nick, and his sister-in-law, Megan, have two kids: a 12-year-old daughter, Hailey, and a 3-year-old son, Zak, that we love to visit in-person and FaceTime with when we can’t. On our biannual visits to Wisconsin, our large extended family of over twenty-five people gather to welcome us with a big BBQ and yard games.
ADAM’S father, Son, and his mother, Tina, both live 30 minutes outside of San Francisco. It’s a quick flight from Los Angeles, and we visit them every other month. During our trips, we look forward to the home-cooked Vietnamese meals Adam’s grandmother makes for the entire family, and we can’t wait to introduce everyone (over 50 people!) to our future child.
Our friends are family! We have a diverse group of close friends in Los Angeles. We spend a lot of time with these amazing people, either gathering at one of our homes, going to the park, or seeing musicals and concerts together. Most of our friends have young children or are currently pregnant, so our future child will have many friends to grow up with. With our travels, we have also made friends all over the world, whom we visit as often as possible; we can’t wait to introduce them to our future child.
We live in a vibrant and diverse neighborhood, right next to Beverly Hills. Our sun-filled townhouse is on a quiet tree-lined street close to numerous beaches, hiking trails, playgrounds, museums, and theme parks like Universal Studios and Disneyland. There are great schools within walking distance and numerous cultural events happening year-round that we like to explore.
