We are so grateful that you are taking the time to look over our profile. We know it must be hard to not be able to ask us any questions directly. But hopefully, by reading this profile, you will gain a better sense of who we are as individuals, a couple, and potential parents to your child. We want you to know that we will provide a loving and safe environment where your child will not suffer from want and need; they will be 100% welcomed into our family, and we can’t wait to introduce them to all the traditions, holidays, and other joys we celebrate. Thank you again.
Hello and Thank You!
Getting to Know Us
We live in Temecula, California. Even though the city has a funny name, that most people can’t pronounce (Ta-meck-U-la), weird right? Anyway, it is a great place to live. We decided to live here because it is a wonderful place to raise a family. The city offers free family activities, movies in the parks, Easter egg hunts, Christmas light tours, sports teams galore, arts and crafts classes… the list goes on and on. It’s just so family centered. Also, it’s a growing city but still feels like a small town with beautiful trees and parks. We feel it’s important for you to know where we live, not only because it’s where your baby will grow up, but also because it shows our decision making. We base all of our life decisions on how it will affect our future family. Where we live, the jobs and career choices we make, the hours we work, the home we purchased, all are decided after we have discussed the pros and cons to our future family. Actually, that’s how we knew we were meant to be together. When we were dating, we just couldn’t stop talking about our hopes and dreams for our future life and family. We can’t wait to have the opportunity to bring a child into our home and give them all that we can.
Sergio Through Cindy’s Eyes
The best thing about Sergio is that he knows how and when to balance, life, work and fun. Sergio is a fun, silly, hardworking man. He works as a supervisor in the Parks and Recreation department and he takes his work very seriously but it never takes priority over family time. Sergio always has fun planned in the back of his mind. I guess you could say he was the typical class clown. He loves to make people smile and laugh and always knows how to break the ice. Sergio knows how to make me smile and appreciate life everyday. I know he will be an amazing father because of it.
Cindy Through Sergio’s Eyes
Never in my life could I have imagined there could be someone as loving, caring and responsible as Cindy is. From the very beginning of our relationship, every decision she has made revolves around her desire to be a mother. She is nurturing, attentive and devoted. Her decision to go into the medical field is reflective of those traits. Now more than ever, Cindy is ready to give her all to providing a safe, secure and lovingly uplifting environment for our future child. Her goofy and fun side is equally matched by her intellect and responsible awareness of the needs of her loved ones. Cindy was born to be a mother, and a wonderful mother she will be.
Interest and Hobbies
Cindy’s hobbies and interests are endless. She enjoys being outside gardening, playing with the dogs, or doing a puzzle. When she is inside, she likes to decorate, do craft projects, and scrapbook. She always talks about having a craft station for our future child to paint, draw, create, design and build things. She also loves sports and plans on helping her kids learn any sport they may be interested in. She wants to teach them how to grow tomato plants, and when the best time is to prune citrus trees. Her father taught her a lot about gardening, she finds that it gives her peace, and she hopes to pass this on to our future child.
Sergio’s interest and hobbies are numerous, but ever since he was a young child, he has loved history, sports, ceramics, and cooking. Later, as a young adult, he discovered a passion for film and tv, particular the creative process and its history. Trips to the movie theater are a frequent activity for us, and will very much continue with our future child. A fan of the Dodgers, Clippers, Raiders and the sport of boxing as a whole, Sergio plans on taking the family to sporting events as often as possible.
Lastly, Sergio really looks forward to spending time in the kitchen with his future child. The most fun aspect about cooking with the children is that it is a great way to continue traditions and teach children about their family history, as well as, the appreciation of world culture through food.
Home Sweet Home
As we mentioned before, we picked our home for our future family. We fell in love with the large backyard, which is perfect for a play set, and the bonus room upstairs, which will come in handy on rainy days for movies, crafts, toys, and playing inside. Our family room, has becomes the heart of our home, in which we spend, most of our time. We often sit together watch movies and discuss our days. The family room is open to our kitchen where Sergio is often found preparing delicious meals. Our neighborhood has a community center with a Tot-lot, pool, and rec-room. Luckily, our home is just down the street from a large park, which we plan on visiting frequently with our future child.

This is Our Village
Sergio and I have a close relationship with our families. All of our family members live within an hour drive of each other. Christine and Floyd, Cindy’s sister and brother-in-law, live just a 2-minute drive away. Grandma Terry, Sergio’s mom, lives only 5 minutes away. We spend time together as a family, whether it be for a special occasion, or something as simple as going to the store. We always help each other in every way we can. We have found that living as a village brings more joy and less stress in our everyday lives. Grandma Sharon and Grandpa Lou, live about 20 minutes away with Aunt Kate and we often have fun times of going “grocery shopping” in their garden when we visit. Grandpa Ed and Grandma Karen, Sergio’s dad and step-mom, live about 45 minutes away, but visit regularly. Emilio and Diego, Sergio’s brothers, are busy with work and school, but they still make time for family. Ysela, our niece, can’t wait to have a baby cousin to play with and teach things to! We have more family and friends in our lives that we see and spend time with, but the people we mentioned are the people who will remain the closest to us as our lives go on. We can’t wait to introduce our future child to our village!

Our Promise to Our Future Child
When we think about what we want to do for our child and our family, we consider the life we want our child to have when they are grown. As parents, it’s our responsibility to instill good values and mold a strong character, so that our future child can go out into this world and accomplish their dreams. We want to teach them how to be strong and stand on their own, while we are a constant support. Our most important job as parents will be helping them to reach the finish line where they will ultimately be happy, healthy and fulfilled.
One Last Message
We truly feel like we were meant to be parents and have felt that way for all our lives. Everything in our life has happened for a reason and we have been led to you. You will face a lot in this time of your life and we do not assume to know what you are going through, but we do promise you that we will do anything for the child we raise. We will change our whole lives, if it means the best for them. We appreciate your consideration and thank you so much.
