Thank you for considering your choices. We have yet to meet but I can already say, wholeheartedly, that I admire your bravery and the amount of love you have for your child in deciding to give birth and make an adoption plan. I cannot fully understand how hard this decision will be or how you are feeling at this moment. What I can tell you, is that I have known all my life that I wanted to be somebody’s mom and I’ve made decisions in my life with that dream in mind. I cannot promise that I won’t make mistakes or that I will have all the answers, but I can promise that I will give your child unconditional love and support and be their biggest fan all through life. I absolutely love my job teaching and working with high schoolers. In addition to teaching, I’ve fed them (high school kids are always hungry!), clothed some of them, and supported them through rough times. I’ve had more snot and tears on my shoulders than you’d probably expect a teacher to have! I’ve also given and received more hugs and love than one could ever imagine.
Although teaching has been a dream, I know something is missing...a child of my own. I know that I will be a loving, caring, and supportive mother to your child. I will give them every opportunity possible. Your child will always know and understand that they have two families who love them deeply. THANK YOU for taking the time to get to know me. I respect the difficult decision you are making and hope, if adoption is the best decision for you and your baby, you will trust me to love and raise your child. But no matter what you choose, please know that I wish you and your child all the best. Your child will always know and understand that they have two families whom share a deep bond over their love of him or her.
