Hello! We are Sourov and Tuli, along with our children, Aditya and Ananya. We are a loving family of four from the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Our 18-year-old son and three-year-old daughter bring so much joy to our family. As highly educated professionals, we value education, cultural diversity, and community service. Raising Ananya, who has autism and speech delays, has taught us profound lessons about resilience, compassion, and unconditional love. These experiences have strengthened our capacity to be resourceful and caring parents. We are excited to grow our family through adoption and welcome a child with love, stability, and open hearts.

Our desire to adopt comes from a deep spiritual calling and a genuine commitment to growing our family. Our son, Aditya, is equally motivated and excited to welcome a sibling into our family. Our extended family in India: grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins are enthusiastically supportive of this journey. We look forward to watching our children grow together, building a lifelong bond of love, understanding, and connection.

Beyond travel, we share a love of creative expression and cultural celebration. Tuli’s passion for dancing and creative arts has influenced our entire family, and we often find ourselves enjoying music, art, and cultural events together.

Tuli is the heart of our family; a woman of exceptional compassion, intelligence, and strength who has built a remarkable career while always putting our family first. She has an incredible ability to make everyone around her feel welcomed and cared for. Whether she is planning family trips, dancing with the kids, expressing herself through creative arts, or giving back through community service, she fills our home with warmth, joy, and purpose. As a mother, Tuli is incredibly nurturing and deeply attuned to each child’s unique personality and needs. She has been the primary support throughout Ananya’s special needs journey, researching therapies, coordinating care, and approaching every challenge with patience, optimism, and determination. Her resilience, empathy, and unwavering commitment to our family’s happiness inspire me every day, and I know any child would be incredibly fortunate to call her Mom.

Sourov is the backbone of our family; a brilliant, intellectually curious, and deeply thoughtful person who has built an impressive career while never losing sight of what truly matters: our family. What I admire most about him is his ability to balance ambition with presence. Despite a demanding career, he is fully engaged in our children’s lives and loves creating meaningful family experiences, whether we’re traveling, exploring nature, or simply spending quality time together. He brings creativity and integrity to everything he does, from solving complex challenges at work to planning adventures that become lifelong memories. As a father, Sourov is remarkably patient, calm, and emotionally intelligent. His thoughtful approach to parenting and unwavering support have been especially important in our journey with Ananya, where his steady presence and genuine belief in her potential have made an incredible difference. I trust him completely as a co-parent, partner, and role model for our children.

Aditya is an empathetic and compassionate young adult who just graduated from high school. He is thoughtful, and deeply connected to his cultural roots while loving to connect with people from different cultures. He is passionate about making friends and learning from different perspectives. Most importantly, Aditya is genuinely excited about welcoming another sibling into the family and is committed to being a supportive older brother.

Ananya is a bright, smart, and beautiful three-year-old girl exploring the world in her unique way. She has begun speaking small words and simple phrases. Ananya is a joyful, curious child who loves exploring, playing, and connecting with her family. She will grow up with a new sibling, creating a beautiful bond of understanding and mutual support.

Raising Ananya, who has autism and speech delays, has been one of the most rewarding and transformative experiences of our lives. From the moment of her diagnosis at age two, we committed to providing her with comprehensive support and resources. We started different therapies for her including ABA and speech. She has made significant progress since then. We have learned to celebrate small victories, to approach challenges with creativity and flexibility, and to see the world through Ananya’s unique perspective.

We deeply value compassion, empathy, and the ability to understand others’ experiences. We admire integrity and authenticity in people who live according to their values. We respect resilience and courage in facing life’s challenges. We appreciate curiosity and willingness to learn from different cultures and perspectives. We value generosity of spirit—people who give their time and love to help others. These are the qualities we will cultivate in your child as they grow.

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area in a warm, stable home where education, cultural diversity, and emotional growth are celebrated. Our home is filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections, and it provides a safe, nurturing environment for our children to thrive. We are deeply committed to giving back to our community and creating positive change through our STEM education camps and classes, where we work with children to foster a love of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We are also active members of a social cultural group where we celebrate diverse cultures and build relationships with people from different backgrounds. Through these commitments, we have built a diverse, inclusive network of friends and mentors who will enrich our future child’s life and provide positive role models from various backgrounds and cultures.

Our family is completed by two wonderful dogs who have been with us since India: Sunny, our golden retriever, and Prince, our German Spitz. Both dogs are loving, gentle, and integral members of our family who bring joy and unconditional love to our home. They have taught our children about responsibility and compassion, and they will welcome a new sibling with warmth and affection, creating a loving environment for our future child.

Our extended family is a tremendous source of love and support. Our parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins in India are enthusiastically supportive of our adoption journey and are eagerly waiting to welcome our new child into the family. They have expressed their excitement about having a new grandchild and are committed to being involved in our child’s life. In the Bay Area, we have built a strong community of close friends and meaningful relationships through our STEM education work, our social cultural group, and our involvement in various community organizations. These friends know and respect our family, understand our values, and are supportive of our adoption plans. Our son’s friends and their families are also excited about welcoming a new family member. This network of love and support will provide our adopted child with a rich community of people who care deeply about their well-being and success.
